# DEI Overview

OpenComp's DEI tool provides actionable insights that enable companies to compare pay across different ethnicities and genders, helping to ensure equitable compensation practices and align pay strategy with inclusive compensation objectives.

1. You can view your DEI dashboard by clicking on ‘DEI’ toward the top of your screen.

2. From this dashboard, you can choose to filter by Gender, Ethnicity, or both.&#x20;

3. Once you have your desired view you can compare by Headcount %, Salary percentile, Share of dollars, Average Salary, Average Level, and Average performance score!
