# Rippling Upload File

Rippling does not support a direct HRIS connection. To assist OpenComp customers that use Rippling, OpenComp provides instructions on how to download Rippling's Employee Roster Report and subsequently upload it to OpenComp. 

To access the instructions, access your organization's **Scenario Settings**, then click **Import Employee Data** and then select **Find Rippling Employee File**.
