Setting permissions

This details how to change OpenComp user permissions.

How to change permissions User permissions can be changed after they have been assigned. Changes can only be made by users designated as an “Admin.”

Permission levels

OpenComp supports 5 types of permission levels .

Role
Capabilities

Administrator

Admins have access to all scenarios and company settings. They can edit the Admin Console and have unrestricted platform access.

Org Leaders

Org Leaders have access to only selected scenarios that are assigned to them by Admins. They can edit the scenario settings and can invite new users to selected scenarios assigned to them.

Team Leader

Team Leaders have access to employees who report directly to them, only in scenarios specifically assigned to them. They cannot invite new users to scenarios nor manage scenario settings or permissions.

Recruiters

Recruiters only have access to OpenComp Intelligent Offers and Data Lookup, and cannot access the rest of the OpenComp platform. Within Intelligent Offers, they can only view candidates that they have created. Within Data Lookup they have the ability to pull ranges for job postings

Rewards Reviewer

Rewards Viewers only have access to their own total rewards statement in OpenComp.
