The Performance Scale setting within Scenario Setting is designed to work in tandem with Cyles. When you specify your organization's Performance Scale and upload them to OpenComp, employees' annual performance scores will appear within the employee record. People managers can reference the performance during the Merit Cycle process and use it to help determine compensation increases.

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to add performance scores on OpenComp.

1. Click Scenario Settings icon.

2. Click the "Performance Scale" option in Scenario Settings.

3. Click "+ Add performance score"; add up to a 10 point scale

4. After adding the number of points in your scale, label them and click the Save button. Please note that '1' represents the lowest score.
