Adding Employees to OpenComp

This details the various ways to upload or add your employees to OpenComp.

There are two primary methods for adding your employees to OpenComp. The preferred is to connect your HRIS to OpenComp. This method ensures that OpenComp has the most current view of your organization's employees. If you are unable to connect your HRIS, you may upload them using our Import File Template.

A third option is specific to organizations that use Rippling.
