If OpenComp doesn't support your HRIS or you don't have the necessary permissions to connect your organization's HRIS, you can can upload a file of your employees to OpenComp.
After you populate the Import File Template as a Google Sheets doc, download it to your computer as a CSV file. Then, return to OpenComp to upload the CSV file and follow these steps.
Step 1. Click the Gear Icon at the top left on OpoenComp
Step 2: Navigate to Import Employee Data
Step 3: Select the Import File that you downloaded to your computer and upload it to OpenComp.
