This details all the Scenario Detail Settings

OpenComp allows users to specify a range of details for any given Scenario. The screenshot below shows each of the Detail options.

Description
Notes

Scenario Name

The name you assign to the Scenario

Customers use various Scenarios to model out different Pay Strategies

Total Funds Raised

Pull-down menu with several options Funds Raised buckets

The Funds Raised determines the Benchmark segment will apply to the scenario

Funding Stage

Pull-down menu with several options Funding Stage buckets

The Funding Stage also determines the Benchmark segment will apply to the scenario

Default Cash Display

The options are Base Salary, Total Cash and Salary/OTE

This determines the cash compensation values visible on your dashboard

Default Equity Display

The options are Number of Shares and Percent Ownership

This determines how equity is displayed in the Scenario

Hide Employees

Pull-down menu that allows you to hide different classifications of employees

This will affect the classes of employees that appear in the Scenario

Company Logo

Your organization's logo

Logo will appear in branded elements such Offer Letters and Total Rewards Statement

Brand Color

Your organization's Hex value

Brand color will appear in branded elements
