When you specify your Target Market Percentiles, you're telling OpenComp the percentile that you want to target for Job Roles within your organization.

OpenComp provides 3 preset options (Low Cash/High Equity; High Cash/Low Equity and Medium Cash/Medium Equity) and option that allows you to customize your Target Market Percentiles.
