Updates to Scenario Settings

FOUR super important things to see today!

Equity Grant Upload

Now you can upload a CSV file of your equity grants without using Carta. That's right, there are now FOUR different ways to enter equity information. You can

• Integrate with Pulley

• Upload a CSV from Carta

• Manually add grants to each employee

• Upload a generic CSV

with the new CSVs, to avoid duplicates, if you add grants for an employee, it will replace that employee's grants with the new ones you have added.You can find this feature in Scenario Settings > Import Employee Data

Rippling Upload

Finally!!!! There is a Rippling upload. We have a file that you can download from Rippling and upload directly into OpenComp, for all employee data. Just like with Carta this is a 5 minute process. All of our Rippling-using customers are thrilled about this. You can find this feature in Scenario Settings > Import Employee Data

Who We Are - Total Rewards

We've added another opportunity to make Total Rewards unique to your organization. You can now add a Who We Are section. Within this section you can create subsections designed to showcase whatever you may want to about your company. You can do a section about Mission, Values, Leadership, Revenue, Diversity, whatever! For each section you can also upload a photo or a video, to give the page even more personal flairIn a few weeks we'll also be adding this to Candidate Experience, so stay tuned!

Executive Summary - Bonus Cycles

Now Bonus Cycles also have an executive summary view. Its exactly the same, but with fewer cards, since some of the pieces of the original executive summary don't apply to bonus payout. Go check it out! (edited)
