With this release, OpenComp users can now provide recommendations for Bonus Cycles. The merit matrix will allow users to enter what percentage of their bonus target each employee should receive, based on their latest performance score. Since this is how many managers handle bonus distributions, so this will make their process on OpenComp much easier.
Cycle Collaborators
The feature allows admins and cycle creators to add trusted collaborators to the cycles they create. This sharing capability gives collaborators the same edit and access privileges to a cycle that the creator has. This includes the ability to edit, archive and create letters associated with the cycle.
Additional Enhancements
Text Editor Buttons
OpenComp has improved its Total Rewards Statement text editor by adding. buttons that insert bullet points, and that modify typeface settings such as bold text and italicized text.
Delete Comments
OpenComp now supports the ability to delete comments from the activity log.
No Reason Required for Out-of-Range Adjustments
This is now optional.

We've added Barcelona, Madrid and Granada to our benchmark for Spain.
