Expose Total Rewards
Managers and HR leaders are now able to view their direct reports' Total Rewards statements.
To view an individual's Total Rewards statement, follow these steps and/or reference the screenshot below.
click the Market tab
then click to an individual employee
click the horizontal 3 dots and select Total Rewards
Option Pool as a Grant Quality
Up until now, users have had the ability to say that one employee's shares are not coming from the Option Pool, and that these shares should be ignored when looking at the amount of the employee option pool that has been granted. However, for many of these employees, that might be true for only some of the shares that they hold.
An employee could also be an early investor, and have some shares on the cap table that are not from the employee option pool, and some that are. To make this labeling more accurate, this is now a selection that you make for an individual equity grant, rather than for all the equity held by an employee.
Range Visual added to Personal Table
To expand OpenComp's in-line editing capabilities and improve our UX, we've added a new column option for the table, that shows a visual of the employee's range in the table itself. This was a specific request from TecSys and hopefully other users will appreciate it as well!
