We've made three major improvements to Candidate Experience:
1. Redesigned Equity
The equity section of Candidate Experience now resembles our sleek design that we implemented on Total Rewards, including with the ability to model out the value of your shares based on potential future company growth.
2. Future Comp
At the bottom of candidate experience, we have our Looking Ahead chart, that shows what an employee's comp will look like over the first four years of their employment. The candidate can model how their equity value will grow based on future valuation and dilution. We've redesigned this chart to make it look much better, and we've added a new slider for annual raises, so that the candidate can see what their comp might look like in four years if they get an annual salary raise each year.
3. Added Who We Are
We added the new Who We Are section of Total Rewards to Candidate Experience. Customers can enter different images and text for the two documents, to account for the different messaging you might put in front of current employees vs. potential hires.
Location Filters on Main Tabs
This is a long time coming - now on the main tabs (Market Analysis, Ranges, Etc) when you go to filter your list of employees, you can filter by location!
