This release incorporates updates across a few different areas of the OpenComp App.
Currency Change on Range Detail Page
We've extended to the Range Detail Page the ability to select your display currency
Enter Currency in Bring Your Own Ranges (BYOR)
BYOR now supports local currencies. When customers import a range file through BYOR, there is a column for currency. If left blank, the OpenComp App assumes USD. If customers populate the column, the App save those particular ranges in the currency provided. Then, when FX rates change, those ranges will remain the same for those employees.
Budget Owners with No Market Access
The App now allows Rewards Viewers to serve as Cycle Budget Owners. This is an interim solution to limiting Cycle Budget Owner's access to just the Cycle and preventing access to the rest of the OpenComp app, including Market Analysis. A more complete solution around Custom Permissions is forthcoming.
Add a Logo While Creating Total Rewards
Previously, customers could only add a logo to their Total Rewards or Candidate Experience if a user had previously uploaded a logo from the Scenario Details page. Now, customers can logos directly from the Total Rewards builder or Candidate Experience builder. Since the author of this article suggested this enhancement, he's pleased to report on it.
