Empowering Customers with Ability to Disable HRIS Fields from Synching

Prior to this release, when customer connect their HRIS to OpenComp, certain fields are locked from editing. With this release, customers now have the option to disable certain fields from syncing so they can edit those fields in OpenComp. The fields that an admin can disable from syncing and thus “unlock” in OpenComp include:

• Location

• Manager

• Employee Type

• Employee Sub Type

• Gender

• Ethnicity

• Work Email

• Personal Email

Note: Target Annual Bonus and Target Commissions will always be unlocked unless the customer chose to link those during the HRIS Connection workflow.

Improving the Carta Upload Experience

The Carta import process is now more flexible, resulting in reduced import errors and customer frustrations.

Advanced Benefits

Advanced Benefits allow you to create benefits that are only visible to certain subsections of your population. In Scenario Settings > Benefits, when you create or edit a benefit, there are now Advanced Settings that let you designate the employees to which the benefit applies. Specifically, you can filter employees by location, job type (IC / Mgmt / Exec etc), or by employee tags, in the event you want to filter on some attribute that OpenComp doesn't support.

Last Cash Increase Eligibility

We've added a new eligibility filter that allows you to limit employee inclusion in cycles based on when they last received a salary raise. We've also added the date & size of the last salary raise as a column to the table of employees in a cycle proposal.

New Benchmarking Table

We've released a new table for the Benchmarking page, with a contemporary design that is going to be the basis for design enhancements to tables across the app in the coming months.

The table is no longer paginated, which solves issues that were otherwise associated with this page.

Historical Download

Customers can now download a file of their historical pay, which they can then modify before re-uploading. You can find this feature in Scenario Settings > Employee Imports. This will help customers who are struggling to verify that their information is accurate.
