With the click of a button from the Cycle Summary page, Admins & Cycle Owners can send email to all Approvers on whom Admins & Cycle Owners are awaiting approval. In addtion, Cycle Owners can send a reminder email to all budget owners that have yet to submit their proposals. The App also writes entries to the activity log of when reminders were sent.
Surfacing View Ranges
A new button (on hover) at every department level on the Ranges tab makes it easier to navigate to View Ranges.
Last Equity Grant with Share Count
We've changed the way we display "last equity grant" in a cycle to show the share count instead of the percent increase. Next, we will add the amount and percent that remains unvested for the employee, to help draw attention to attrition risks.
Ability to Disconnect Departments & Employees from HRIS
Users can now disconnect Department from the HRIS sync so they can organize their employees however they want.
In addition,users can now disconnect a single employee from the HRIS sync so they can edit job, compensation, and location information in OpenComp. This is a backend feature, so please ask John if a customer is interested in disabling an employee.
To manage this, navigate to the Admin Console > HRIS Connection where you can access these settings.
