Usability Improvements & Customizations to Table Views
This release introduces some usability improvements to table views of employees.
Custom Columns
When setting up and managing Cycles, OpenComp users now have the ability to customization and order the columns included in employee table views.
When creating a cycle, HR leaders can choose to set a default list of columns that their budget owners see in their table of employees when making decisions. They can also choose the order of these columns.
When working on their proposal, budget owners can customize their table to see whatever would help them in the moment, in case they have a particular view they want.
With the ability to select the columns users wish to includes in their views, OpenComp has also added more column options to this table. They include
Location & Geo Tier
Gender
Ethnicity
Employee Sub-type (full time, part time, contractor, etc)
Compa Ratio
Sort & Filter on Cycle Proposals
Budget owners can now sort and filter the employees in their proposal.
